Pharmacists:  Allegheny General Hospital Department of Pharmacy Services is accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). Applications for 7.25 CEU (7.25 contact hours of credit) are in progress. To receive CPE credits, the participant must attend the activity and complete the online evaluation. Statements of CPE will be distributed via the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) CPE Monitor to attendees within 60 days of this program.

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) states that the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are acceptable for continuing medical education requirements for recertification.
