If you are interested in APA credits, a separate application is required.  Please be advised that the educational goals should reflect the training needs of psychologists.  Content must be related to post-doctoral level psychologists.  The direct input of at least one doctoral level psychologist is required for all phases of program planning.

Learning objectives should be measurable.  Indicative of how participants can apply this knowledge in practice and other professional contexts.  

Full CVs not bios are required for all instructors and psychologists and submitted at time of application.  Their qualifications must match the specific content and training level of the program. 

All individuals involved in either the planning, content review, and/or faculty is required to complete the CME faculty disclosure and content validation form.
