ForwardCME Transcript Reminder
As we approach the end of the year, please take a moment to review your CME transcript and make sure it is up to date.
- Check your Pending Activities tab and complete any outstanding course evaluations.
- From the CME homepage click on My Accounts > My Courses
- Confirm that all CME activities you have completed are reflected on your transcript under Completed Activities
- 2026 CME activities will close end of business on December 21, 2026. After this date, credits cannot be retroactively awarded.
Access Your Transcript
- From the main CME homepage, hover over My Account
- From the drop down menu select My Transcript
- Under the Completed Activities tab, all activities of credits will be displayed.
- To print or save, click Download PDF
