As we approach the end of the year, please take a moment to review your CME transcript and make sure it is up to date.

• Check your Pending Activities tab and complete any outstanding course evaluations.
• From the CME homepage click on My Accounts > My Courses
• Confirm that all CME activities you have completed are reflected on your transcript under Completed Activities
• 2026 CME activities will close end of business on December 21, 2026.  After this date, credits cannot be retroactively awarded.

Access Your Transcript

• From the main CME homepage, hover over My Account
• From the drop down menu select My Transcript
• Under the Completed Activities tab, all activities of credits will be displayed.
• To print or save, click Download PDF
