The 2026 Three Rivers Antimicrobial Stewardship Symposium is a focused, one‑day event designed to provide clinicians with actionable, evidence‑based strategies to improve antimicrobial use and minimize the risks associated with antimicrobial exposure. Attendees will gain valuable insights, tools, and support to build, strengthen, and elevate antimicrobial stewardship programs within their healthcare organizations.

1. Evaluate patient-specific and microbiology data to select and optimize antimicrobial therapy for infections involving resistant organisms

2. Distinguish between clinical utility of emerging antimicrobial agents by comparing antimicrobial activity, PK/PD characteristics, and appropriate clinical use cases

3. Describe stewardship implementation processes that have been used to successfully improve antimicrobial use in various clinical settings

4. Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce unnecessary antimicrobial exposure and mitigate antimicrobial resistance trends

Eligibility for a registrant refund is based on the following criteria. Please note, all registrants must email CME department within the specified time frames to be eligible for a refund.  To receive a full refund, registrants must provide written notification to the CME department no sooner than 30 days of activity start date. Registrants that notify the CME department within 14-29 days prior to activity will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
