Precepting the Nurse Practitioner Resident
This is a course for AHN Providers: Physicians, NPs and PAs who have or will precept Nurse Practitioner Residents. New NPs seek out NP postgraduate training experience in large part because of the availability of clinical experts and peers who are not only ready, willing and able to support their development as PCPs, but also have dedicated time to do so. This course will discuss the differences between NP Residents and NP students. It will also address the differences between Physician Residents and Nurse Practitioner Resident.

- Identify the difference between a Nurse Practitioner Resident and Nurse Practitioner Student
- Review the difference between a Physician Resident and Nurse Practitioner Resident
