Pittsburgh Heart Summit 2026
The 8th Annual Pittsburgh Heart Summit provides tools to physicians and physician extenders, including those in surgery, cardiology, which enable collaboration in the care of patients with cardiovascular diseases. The objectives remain to advance the team concept of patient care. Physicians infrequently have the opportunity to interactively discuss current guideline-based care with surgeons and cardiologists. The summit encourages improved team dynamics, specialty comradery, and provides an opportunity to compare expertise while educating physicians and health care providers about ways to work together for improved patient safety and clinical efficiency.
In 2026, the Summit will integrate the cultures and expertise of cardiovascular physicians from the Western Pennsylvania Medical Community. Regional physicians, physician extenders and providers will engage the speakers and faculty through a diverse lecture series during dinner sessions, resident research presentations, and video educational presentations at the PNC Park Convention Areas.
