OBGYN Annual Resident Research Day 2025
A Grand Rounds level talk will be given by an expert in the field, followed by 3 hours of research projects directed at knowledge gaps and performance initiatives in the department. The resident research projects have worked to evaluate system processes, perform initiatives and gaps in care at West Penn Hospital. Examples include evaluation of OR times, blood salvage during peripartum hysterectomy, fertilization and pregnancy outcomes.
