Motivational Interviewing Learning Journey Level 1 Workshop 2-MI Introduction/Establish Rapport Enduring Material

Learners who have completed the Motivational Interviewing Learning Journeys Overview Web-Based Training Course and assessment are assigned to their appropriate Learning Journey Level. The Learner should follow this Learning Journey over a span of six months, attending monthly 2-hour virtual instructor-led training sessions and completing the activities associated.  Content each month will build upon the last workshop, and by the end, the goal is for the learner to have a comprehensive understanding of Motivational Interviewing and how they can use it in their day-to-day role, which ultimately results in a more positive interaction with our members.

Learners who are not able to attend the live vILT workshops can access the recordings of each live workshop to participate via on demand self-study at the learner’s convenience.
