This program will recognize the contributions of health literacy advocates and will provide skill building exercises to enhance their impact.

Learning Objectives

 

Identify two strategies to integrate health literacy principles into their work responsibilities.

Share a success story about using health literacy principles with a patient or health plan member

Discuss how a systemwide patient/member education program could improve quality in their dept.
