Upon completion of the AHN 5th Annual APP Conference, participants will be able to: Integrate new clinical guidelines and technological advancements into the management of specific patient populations (e.g., high-risk pregnancies with diabetes, hereditary cancer risk assessment, advanced heart failure, difficult-to-treat asthma, obesity management). Apply enhanced procedural skills relevant to their scope of practice (e.g., advanced suturing techniques, complex joint injection strategies, nuanced EKG interpretation for specific conditions). Formulate comprehensive, patient-centered care plans that consider psychosocial factors, leverage AHN's digital health ecosystem, and facilitate seamless referrals and interprofessional communication. Critically evaluate and communicate evidence-based recommendations for diverse treatments, including pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacological interventions, while addressing patient concerns and preferences. Identify and apply personal and organizational strategies to promote professional well-being and prevent burnout within their practice settings.
