Cultivating a Culture of Belonging
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and access – these are the critical ingredients to belonging. Feelings of belonging drive innovation, recruitment, and retention. Cultivating a culture of belonging can improve both employee engagement and performance. This training gives an overview of the factors that contribute to the feelings of belonging and provides insight into how to foster a supportive, inclusive environment in the workplace.
