This 6 hours course is an introduction to Gestalt Therapy and Concepts of Humanistic Psychology. It will be held 3 consecutive days 2 hrs / day. We will be presenting Gestalt Therapy principles including styles of contact, cycle of experience, metaphors and dream work. We explore the Gestalt Therapy approach of -Thou as well as individual Autonomy and Responsibility. We will also explore the therapist as an instrument and facilitator to the client's process of healing. We will utilize experimental activities such as role plays and enactment.
