Explain the National Diabetes Prevention Program, and what your patients can expect to gain from enrolling in the National DPP
Analyze the Highmark Caring Place's services as a comprehensive community resource, understanding its role in supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by death, and develop strategies for its appropriate utilization to strengthen continuity of care.
