Equip attendees with the skills to identify, acknowledge, and effectively address the multifaceted expressions of loss and grief among patients, families, and healthcare professionals within diverse healthcare settings, recognizing how grief can often be unseen or minimized

Explain the National Diabetes Prevention Program, and what your patients can expect to gain from enrolling in the National DPP

Analyze the Highmark Caring Place's services as a comprehensive community resource, understanding its role in supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by death, and develop strategies for its appropriate utilization to strengthen continuity of care.
