At Breathe Pennsylvania, we’re all about breathing! Our goal is to empower individuals to breathe better and live healthier lives through lung health education and awareness. We offer pediatric and adult asthma education, COPD support and outreach, tuberculosis education, patient assistance, and smoking cessation programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Our programs are independently monitored and measured to ensure they maximize lung health outcomes. One focus of Breathe Pennsylvania is to reduce teen vape use. Teen vape use continues to be high, despite public health efforts to reduce use. Breathe Pennsylvania offers a teen cessation program for children found in possession of vape and tobacco products on school property, called Smokeless Saturday. To learn more about Smokeless Saturday, visit https://breathepa.org/smokeless-saturday/. Download the Vaping Handout for Parents and Practitioners to learn more about how families can identify vape use and strategies to help kids quit.
