9h Annual AHN Neuroscience Institute Resident Research Symposium June 5, 2026
The AHN Neuroscience Resident Research Symposium proudly offers the residents and fellows from the Neurosurgical and Neurology training programs the opportunity to showcase their year-long research projects promoting the latest medical advances in technologies, medical processes, and medical procedures enhancing continued patient management and patient safety improvements.
Target Audience
The audience will include physicians, residents, fellows, advanced practice professionals, and allied healthcare professionals from multidisciplinary departments including: neurosurgery, neurology, critical care/pulmonary, and neurophysiology. All presentations will be in person but virtual viewing will be available.
Learning Objectives
The learning objective is to review and analyze scientific evidence based data in the basic neurosciences and technical performance advancements through review of case reports, scientific literature, and research studies that validates the outcomes.
Participants will discuss how to improve competence in medical knowledge, patient care and technical performance skills, communication skills, team work skills, and professionalism.
