Join us for an enlightening and transformative conference designed specifically for school and mental health professionals. Learning Objectives

  1. Discuss the comprehensive approach to health that considers the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals.
  2. Identify techniques and therapies that enhance the integration of mental and physical health, promoting overall wellness.
  3. Explain how gardening and plant-based activities can improve mental health, reduce stress, and foster a sense of accomplishment and connection to nature.
  4. Demonstrate creative expression as a powerful tool for emotional healing and self-discovery and learn practical applications for diverse populations.
  5. Identify the therapeutic benefits of working with horses, including improved emotional regulation, confidence, and social skills.

Social workers may claim credits for attending educational courses and programs delivered by preapproved providers, such as the American Psychological  Association (refer to CE for Psychologists above). For verification, please refer to Continuing Education Regulations §47.36 #(6) (ix) found at www.dos.state. pa.us/social. Certificates of attendance will be awarded following the conference provided a completed evaluation form is submitted.
