QSV Forum: Be the Ripple
The primary purpose of this one-time QSV Forum Event is to intensively engage and equip AHN leaders with targeted knowledge, skills, and a shared understanding necessary to initiate and accelerate effective healthcare improvement initiatives. This event aims to catalyze collaboration, disseminate critical strategies, and reinforce AHN's commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Safety, and Value.
Target Audience
AHN leaders, managers, directors, and key personnel who are actively involved in or responsible for leading healthcare quality, safety, and value improvement initiatives across clinical, operational, and strategic domains. This may include Medical Directors, Nursing Leaders, Quality Officers, Operations Managers, etc.
Learning Objectives
The participant will restate/interpret information shared on the rapid exchange of successful improvement strategies, tools, and lessons learned through presentations, case studies, and structured discussions.
Strategic Alignment:
The participant will use and apply AHN's overarching strategic goals related to Quality, Safety, and Value, and restate how their individual efforts contribute to these goals.
