Gestalt Training: Gestalt Therapy: Family Cycles of Experience
This 6 hours course as an introduction to Gestalt Therapy and to the Concepts of Humanistic Psychology. It will be held during 3 consecutive days 2 hrs / day. We will be presenting Gestalt Therapy principles including styles of contact, cycle of experience, metaphors and dream work. We are going to explore the Gestalt Therapy approach of -Thou as well as individual Autonomy and Responsibility.
We will also address the therapist as an instrument and facilitator to the client's process of healing. We will utilize experimental activities such as role plays and enactments.
