2024 Health Care Environment Refresher Training is a web-based yearly, AHN-wide mandatory training for tenured staff covering the topics of Patient Safety, Workplace Safety, Patient Rights, and Infection Prevention for both clinical and non-clinical AHN staff.

By the end of this course, workforce members will be able to:
•    Report compliance, information security, and privacy violations.
•    Identify Highmark Health's expectations for ethical business conduct.
•    Identify steps to take to protect Highmark Health's information.
•    Learn how to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
•    Identify documents and resources are available to help navigate our Compliance, Information Security, and Privacy Program.
