The purpose of providing multidisciplinary education and simulation training to the team caring for and managing patients on ECMO. The course provides comprehensive didactic and simulation training in a multidisciplinary team setting to ensure competency to manage critical patients on ECMO with knowledge dissemination, skill acquisition, and competency verification.
