The AGH Orthopedic QIT is an every other monthly meeting with multiple disciplines for discussion of Orthopedic metrics.

The Orthopedic Institute data and case reviews will include:  AGH Orthopedic Institute Metrics, Mortality Case Reviews, Readmission Case Review and Complication and Patient Safety Case Review. 

2023 Goals are: 

1.  Reduce mortality rate by 0%, maintain baseline 0.94% by 12/31/2023.

2.  Reduce readmission rate by 1%, from baseline 6.42% to 6.36% by 12/31/2023.

3.  5% reduction in CMS HRRP THA/TKA from baseline $288,966 to $274,517 by 12/31/2023.
