At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Review the literature regarding the use of epinephrine during cardiac arrest including dosing strategies, appropriate timing of administration, and patient outcomes
2. Describe the evidence for vasopressin use with and without epinephrine during cardiac arrest
3. Identify anti-arrhythmic medications and dosing strategies recommended by the American Heart Association for use during cardiac arrest
4. Recognize appropriate clinical situations for alternative pharmacologic interventions and associated dosing strategies during cardiac arrest
