Title: New challenges in OUD: Navigating fentanyl, Xylazine, and Kratom

Objectives:

• Attendees will understand recent/current challenges in management of opioid use disorder (OUD) including illicit fentanyl use, the presence of xylazine in the illicit fentanyl supply and the widespread use of kratom
• Attendees will learn approaches for the management of illicit fentanyl, xylazine and kratom as part of overall OUD treatment
• Attendees will gain an understanding of how new challenges in OUD may or may not impact treatment planning, level of care and length of stay in treatment
