At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Define diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
2. Identify risk factors for central nervous system relapse in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
3. Explain the adverse effects of intrathecal methotrexate and high dose methotrexate used for the prevention of central nervous system relapse in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
4. Review primary literature investigating the use of high-dose methotrexate and intrathecal methotrexate for central nervous system prophylaxis in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
