a. Define His Bundle Pacing
b. Explain why lead placement is critical in the success of His bundle pacing

2.  Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy:  Medical and Current Septal Reduction Therapies: 
a. Identify the components of a center of excellence for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) 
b. Describe what HCM is
c. List three considerations in treating HCM
d. Identify when surgery is indicated for Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

3.  Diagnosis and Management of Acute Cardiogenic Shock (ACS): 
a.  Identify three s/s of ACS
b.  Match two treatment options to hemodynamic needs of patients in ACS
c.  List two benefits of the "Hub and Spoke" model of care in acute cardiogenic shock

4.  Minimally Invasive Valve Repair and Replacement Update 2020: 
a. Clarify differences between primary and secondary valve dysfunction and how they impact valve disease treatment
b. Review technology options for treating patients with prosthetic and native valve problems
c.  Identify problematic paravalvular leak issues
