At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Describe the mechanism of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) and the immunologic basis by which immune-relatedadverse events (irAEs) arise.
2. Apply standardized grade-based frameworks and organ-specific exceptions to manage diverse immune-relatedadverse events (irAEs) and determine appropriate immunecheckpoint inhibitor (ICI) hold or discontinuation strategies
3. Evaluate steroid-sparing agents (TNF inhibitors, vedolizumab,IL-6 blockade, mycophenolate, abatacept ±ruxolitinib, hydroxychloroquine, JAK inhibitors) by mechanism, dosing, evidence, and safety.
