At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Analyze Updates of the 2026 Guideline for the Early Management of Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke, including inclusion criteria and contraindications for thrombolytics
2. Interpret new extended window literature for administration of thrombolytics 
3. Summarize the evidence for tenecteplase vs. alteplase including correct dosing
4. Apply peri-reperfusion blood-pressure targets and blood glucose goals
5. Manage acute thrombolytic complications including orolingual angioedema, and symptomatic ICH
