1. Identify the relevant laws of which they are responsible
2. List the laws giving authority to the Attorney General in these investigations
3. List at least three violations of the PA CSDDCA
4. List at least three signs and symptoms associated with drug diversion
5. Identify at least three methods used to divert medications
6. Outline an investigative plan to answer a complaint and/or violation
7. Identify differences between the VRP, DMU, and treatment options
